RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide all customers with exceptional customer service through the use of RONAs values and customer service programs
Build orders as necessary for delivery; check orders for accuracy on delivery orders or yard pick-ups, process paperwork as necessary
Assist with the daily upkeep of the department by off loading trucks, organizing stock, cleaning, price labelling, & putting away pallets/stock
Help unload orders with the Receiving Department and may be required to help on actual delivery of orders.
Follow safe work practices, obtain equipment certifications, and use personal protective equipment whenever necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in customer service-focused roles
Excellent listening, communication & interpersonal skills
Detail oriented & strong organizational skills
Able to work independently, take initiative, & demonstrate flexibility by providing support to other team members
Able to perform job duties that involve stretching, bending, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy products
Proficient computer skills
Valid Drivers License and a current drivers abstract
2 years of retail and related shipping experience an asset
Able to work with tools (forklift, cut saw, banding machine) & equipment experience(Forklift, Reach, Picker) an asset.
