JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrate Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of results, the overall financial position for both internal and external use, and overall coordination of the paper flow throughout the company.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge includes significant expertise in the use of Microsoft spreadsheet and database software, Adagio accounting and Easy Pay payroll software.

Past experience in working with accounts of a few hundred dollars to those of over hundreds of thousands per ear.

Knowledge and experience with government financial and statistical reporting systems and the ability to develop agency statistical reporting spreadsheets and databases.

Accounting knowledge will include overall responsibility with A/R, A/P, GL, operational budget planning and control, cash flow forecasting, payroll and financial reports.

DUTIES

Understand that THE CLIENT IS THE FIRST PRIORITY; that purchasing and accounting play an important role in that activity; and that the Administrative Manager is here to fully support that activity.


Manages all program and project statistical reporting systems to city, provincial and federal funding agencies and directs and guides agency program staff in the completion of data recording processes and procedures as required.

Develops positive professional relationships with all funding agencies and their respective personnel.

Controls the collection and preparation of the company payroll, and the payroll deductions and payment to government agencies.

Acts as the Personnel benefits and disability Manager.
