Description

Innovation Credit Union, Swift Current Branch, has an opportunity for a highly motivated, sales-service orientated professional to join our team. You will provide personal financial services in the areas of member service, deposits, and withdrawals in our Member Service area.  Under general supervision of the Member Service Supervisor, provide a variety of routine cash related services to members with accuracy and courtesy.  Listen to and recognize member needs and promote and cross-sell credit union deposit services to members or potential members.  Additional responsibilities will include:
    Assisting the Member Service Supervisor in leading, motivating and developing member service staff, minimize risk to the organization and to members by adherence to security procedures.
    Organize, schedule and monitor activities of MSRs to ensure that quality service is being provided to members and that the work flows smoothly
    Time and duties for this position are divided between working as a Member Service Representative on the front-line, training new staff, coaching new and existing staff and administrative duties
    Maintain performance management results of employees by performance planning; establishing action plans and performance standards, assessing individual performance progress, ongoing coaching, providing recognition, providing and receiving feedback, conducting interim and annual performance reviews, and calculating overall performance ratings and competencies.
