We are currently interviewing candidates to join our team as a Website / Web application developer.

The general responsibilities will include development, testing and deployment of websites, applications and components. Ongoing enhancements and upgrades will be essential for most projects.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Operate effectively as a member of the development team.
- Quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes.
- Responsible for meeting expectations and quality deliverables on time.
- Responsible for the development of web applications, websites and related components.
- Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
- Creative, technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.
- Creating detailed documentations related to project scopes and requirements.
- Meet with clients when required to provide functionality details and expectations.
Required Skills:
- Experience in developing websites and/or web applications.
- Solid understanding of navigation and GUI for maximizing usability.
-Practical experience in development of HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL, RubyonRails and JSON.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment.
- A university degree or a relevant diploma and education is required.
- Knowledge in user experience, project management and RUP methodology is an asset.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes that will be required.
