The Job
The successful candidate will provide advanced administrative support that assists a group of consultants to deliver products and services and programs that contribute to the operational success of credit unions. You will be responsible for accounting activities such as tracking revenue and expenses, developing letters of engagement, proposals, reports and other materials. You will provide oversight of the delivery schedule of 15 plus consultants, support the CUMA executive and support tradeshows and other credit union system networking events. This position also responds to incoming calls through the phone queue and the Market Solutions email which resides on SaskCentrals website.
The Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have an office administration certificate and/or three years office experience. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office products, and have basic knowledge of Adobe Professional. You will have event planning experience, good understanding of accounting principles and solid written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills along with a keen eye for detail are key requirements for this role. Core competencies for this position focus on flexibility, listening and communication and teamwork.
