You will be responsible for completing the casual payroll while
organizing payments, code invoices and complete cheque runs
Maintain and develop the accounting system
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and
travel arrangements
Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
Review and approve office supply acquisition
Education and Experience:
