Responsible for the operational excellence of the store.
Ensure that company objectives are met and company policies are followed.
Create and foster a culture where customer service and profitability are the focus of business activities
Provide coaching and learning opportunities to the Operations Team.
Lead the Cycle Count, Operations, Maintenance and Merchandising teams effectively.
Manage freight flow including all fresh freight from Receiving.
Ensure the Cycle Count Schedule is being adhered to as per company guidelines.
Ensure the store is Grand Opening Ready each morning.
Collaborate with Assistant Store Manager of Sales & Service to hand off store and provide a status update, in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager, Operations.
Support customer service 100% during the 10 am to 2 pm Power Hours.
Other duties as assigned.
