The HR Consultant, Organizational Development, is responsible for providing guidance, technical knowledge and support in all aspects of the corporations organizational development programming, including workforce planning, succession planning, the employee survey, the exit interview process, change management, competency development and HR strategy development and reporting. The HR Consultant makes recommendations and provides input into the decision making processes related to the organizational development programs. The HR Consultant also provides guidance and support to the organizational development programs through well developed research, reporting, analysis, consultation and facilitation skills.
