Description

The Purchaser/Inventory Controller will be
responsible implementation of an inventory system,
managing and ensuring appropriate inventory levels
to meet the companys client contractual and
franchise agreements. Primary responsibilities
implement an in house inventory and purchasing
system for our construction and service division
including service vans for Ben Franklin, Mister
Sparky and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning
team which would include utilizing knowledge of
inventory cycles to manage and control inventory
levels, communicate and coordinate incoming and
outgoing orders with relevant partners,
participate in establishing pricing levels and
coordinate new style set up responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include the strategic
forecasting, development of inventory management
policies and procedures for ensuring the
availability of all necessary materials required
to support Greggs Home Services as necessary.

The Purchasing/Inventory Controller also be
responsible for implementation of a purchasing
system and the tactical procurement of
commodities, supplies, equipment, and services to
be used in the day to day plumbing, heating and
air conditioning operations of (Greggs Home
Services).This individual will utilize expert
knowledge to purchase goods and services that meet
quality requirements and specifications at the
most favorable price for the company, while
simultaneously building and maintaining strategic
relationships with key suppliers. Responsibilities
will include the strategic forecasting, contract
negotiation, development of purchasing policies
and procedures for ensuring the availability of
all necessary materials required to support
regular business operations, release scheduling of
inbound materials and components, and ensuring
adequate stock levels for daily requirements.
