Description

Our client is a global distribution company
selling and servicing various oilfield related
products to a client base in Alberta,
Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.  They are currently
recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative to
join a team of successful sales professionals.

This position offers a competitive base salary,
profit sharing, company paid benefits including 3
weeks vacation, all expenses, vehicle provided,
and RSP contributions after 6 months of service.

Territory includes Saskatchewan and Manitoba with
and estimated 50% of out of town travel required
on a regular basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for
maintaining an existing customer base as well as
generating new business in this pre-existing
territory. You will source new business
development opportunities and build new
relationships increasing market share and
generating profitability for the organization.  
You will be responsible for maintaining an
existing client base by providing exceptional
customer service troubleshooting and problem
solving to ensure client satisfaction and repeat
business.

The ideal candidate will possess a post secondary
diploma or degree in business management or
marketing. Previous experience is not essential.  
You will be self motivated, possess strong
customer service and reporting skills and be
mechanically inclined.  You will have exceptional
problem solving skills, strong listening and
communication skills, be well organized and have a
high level of initiative.  A confident sales
professional who is able to effectively manage
their time in a fast paced industry will be
successful in this challenging and rewarding role!  
A comfortable starting salary of $45K to $55K plus
profit sharing is offered.
