Description

Check in guests and checkout in a fast, courteous manner
Handle all types of payments, balancing/verifying all monetary transactions
Responsible for all documentation regarding room reservations, changes, maintenance issues
Offer guest assistance whenever possible
Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel, resolving customer relation issues
Cleaning front desk area, Laundry
Be able to work independently, as well as with others.
Be able to work any shift as well as weekends.
Computer use.
Take, cancel and change room reservations.

Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent and must be bondable.
