Our client is looking for an additional Desktop Support Analyst for the next month in full-time. You must have a minimum of 3years experience in this role and have knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Products. If you have first experience with ITIL, good communication skills, and a hands-on-mentality then you are a good fit for this position.
The Desktop Support Analyst job responsibilities includes
- Find solution for open tickets and provide excellent support to clients
- Documentation of solution for the tickets.
- Support in transition between Windows XP and Windows 7
- Support with standard Office related issues
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certified preferred
- ITIL certified preferred
- French/English prefered
