POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cameco has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious network
administrator to join a team of technical experts in the
management of the global enterprise network. Reporting to the
lead, network and communications you will develop your skills in
the operation, maintenance, monitoring and configuration of Cisco
networking equipment.

You will be challenged to integrate Cisco technologies with a
passion to learn and research new network technologies such as
VOIP.  Working with people from every part of this business you will
strive for a high level of success in delivering technical solutions.
You will be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team
environment and participate in collaborative initiatives, which foster
the mutual exchange of knowledge and expertise.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements of the position:
    Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
    Two years of experience working in information technology
services
    Equivalent combination of education and work experience
considered
    Excellent problem solving and teamwork skills
    Desire to learn new technologies
Assets:
    Expertise managing and supporting enterprise scale WAN and
LAN networks
    Experience working with VOIP technologies
    CCNA Cisco certification
