As a member of the Home Hardware team, you will provide courteous and efficient service to customers. Good mathematical skills, product knowledge and the ability to use computer systems are required. Prior retail experience can be an asset.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Customer service: determine customer's needs by asking open-ended questions.
- Assist customers with finding all items needed to complete their project.
- Assist customers with available choices within the budgets
- Estimating and quoting
