Description

We are currently recruiting for a 2nd Class Power
Engineer for our client, at their Ethanol Plant in
Regina, Saskatchewan.

Position Details:

The successful applicant must have a minimum 2nd
class power engineering certificate with a least 3
years process experience.

The ideal applicant will be responsible for the
1st Class utilities, including the boilers,
auxiliaries, cooling towers and reporting directly
to the Chief Engineer.

The applicant must also have the ability to
monitor and execute cycle chemistry control in
regards to boiler and cooling water treatment with
an understanding in reverse osmosis.

Requirements:

Extensive understanding of DCS control systems
and control room operations.

Familiarity with lockout/tag-out, safe work
permitting and isolation of stationary equipment.

Possess knowledge of distillation, dehydration
and evaporation systems.

Mechanical aptitude with regards to preventative
maintenance when performing day to day duties.
