Description

Assists in preparation and presentation of all menu / food items as required.  Maintain a professional attitude at all times with co-workers and customers.  Monitor food portions and wastage. Ensure all specifications and procedures are followed as per the HACCP manual.  Monitor the presentation and quality control of food leaving the kitchen.  Assistance with the preparation of stock ordering lists as required.  Maintain a positive team environment in the kitchen.  Adhering of food hygiene regulations within the kitchen.  Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently adhered to. Cleaning and temperature logs are competed accurately.  Any other duties the employer may reasonably require.May work into more hours. Cooking 1-3 years experience.May lead to more hours if you prove yourself in position.
