Job duties and responsibilities
Expand Sales revenue by looking for new leads and growing current accounts
Proactively develop new customer contacts, review leads, and actively review current accounts
Able to provide product knowledge to customers and highlight the key features for a specific products
Assist customers in helping to choose the product the product based on their needs
Develop long term relationships and establish trust with new and current customers
Prepare sales quota and conduct sales call follow up
Accountability
Must take initiative to proactively seek for sales leads
Customer satisfaction and establishing trust with all the customers
Key Competencies and skills required for this position
Excellent in customer service and Sales
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet Sales targets
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office ( Word, outlook, and Excel)
Work experience Requirements
Work Experience
Candidate must have two to three years of sales experience in customer service
Dealt with sales targets and high volume of sales products
Experience in water treatment with commercial and government buildings is preferred
Training for this position
This position requires three weeks of extensive product and customer service training through job shadowing and orientation
