Description

Full service restoration company is looking to add
a Project Manager to their team.  Primarily
residential restoration and some light commercial.  

The position of Project Manager is accountable
for writing accurate estimates and selling jobs.  
They are also responsible for working with sub
contractors to make sure that jobs are completed
profitably and in a timely manner.  Project
Managers are also responsible for undertaking
marketing activities that will lead to more work
from current sources and new work from new
sources.

Requirements:
Prior experience in restoration.
Strong Xactimate skills
Strong organizational skills.
Experience in construction scheduling.
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and in
different stages.
Ability to market and generate business as well as
project manager.
IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
