Position Description:
In this field position, you will be leading a crew performing oilfield surveying. The successful candidate will be familiar with all facets of oilfield surveying.
Qualifications:
Candidates with formal post-secondary training in a Geomatics/Survey program are preferred, however, years of experience will be considered. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the technical operation of Total Station and GPS technology, with a minimum of 3 years surveying experience. Microsurvey or CAD experience would be beneficial. Guaranteed number of hours per pay period is provided for this position.
Travel out of town may be required as well as a valid drivers license. Candidates should also be prepared to comply with our drug and alcohol policy, which includes screening. Safety training (i.e. CSTS, First Aid, H2S, WHMIS, etc.) is required and will be provided as necessary. You must be physically able to perform the requirements of the job and be willing to work in all types of weather conditions.
