Our Regina, Saskatchewan based client is looking for a Sr Business Analyst for 19 Months extendable contract in Regina.

Project Duties of Resource:

    Work as part of a team supporting one or more projects in business analyst and project support activities
    Review As-Is processes and associated policies and regulations, system manuals and other related documentation
    Elicit, document and communicate detailed functional and non-functional requirements for custom software application and business process development
    Business Process Modeling (AsIs and ToBe) using swim lane diagram technique in MS Visio.
    Create, document and execute test plans and scripts
    Prepare training materials and deliver training on new systems and process change
    Support and execute implementation strategies and plans

Mandatory Requirements:

    Ability to work on-site and full in Regina.
    Minimum seven (7) years of experience in the software development life cycle.
    Minimum seven (7) years of experience in organizing and facilitating workshops, interviews and meetings, mindful of the impact of organizational change, with both ministry staff and technical groups.
    Minimum two (2) years of experience in facilitating (creating, planning and executing) test strategies to support business process and custom software development quality assurance.
    Minimum one (1) year experience of writing skills to create user assistance material for Help pages, user guides, training and procedures
    Minimum one (1) year of experience documenting business processes using a swim lane diagram technique (Business Process Modeling Notation).
