The Merchandising Execution Area Supervisor (MEAS) directly supervises the activities of Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) as they merchandise and maintain various product sets in The Home Depot retail environment to enhance the customer experience, increase sales and maximize inventory turns. MEAS are also responsible for the project management of CR and CI activities. MEASs direct the work priorities of the MEA teams based on the directives of the Merchandising Execution Manager (MEM), while building and maintaining strong relationships with Home Depot store Leaders and Associates to execute merchandising strategy and bay integrity responsibilities. Some MEASs service multi-store territories, which may require daily travel to different store locations. Directs team and plans the completion of all merchandising standards.
Which will include daily Price changes/Labeling activities, On Hand Maintenance and central generated PIDs.
