Full time receptionist required for small dental office under new ownership located at 1025 Boychuk Drive. Start date is early-mid August 2014. Hours are Mon-Fri 8-4:30. No evenings or weekends. We are looking for an experienced dental office receptionist. Knowledge of ClearDent software is an asset, but experience with any other dental software is required. Must enjoy interacting with the public to provide caring and professional service. A friendly attitude is a must.

Responsibilities include answering phones, helping patients in a courteous manner, and keeping a high level of confidentiality.  The ideal candidate will have experience using dental software, including scheduling patient appointments, sending insurance claims, receiving payments, and sending invoices.
