Specialty Distributing is now accepting applications for a full time Office Administrator/Accounting Assistant. The successful candidate we are looking for must be motivated, able to multi-task, professional, and work as team player.
Duties will include:
- Accounts Payables/Receivables
- Preparing/Analyzing Financial Statements
- Data Entry
- Reconcile accounts
- Entering Payroll knowledge of ADP
- Month-end reporting
- Bank Reconciliations
- GST/PST returns
- General office administration
- Duties assigned
Skills and Abilities
- Computer use
- Job task planning and organizing
- Critical thinking
- Problem solving
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Experience in similar position
- Someone proficient with Sage Simply Accounting and ADP is preferred.
