Human Resources/Marketing (HRM) Specialist Lanigan, SK (NW 19-33-21 W2)
Job Duties:
assist with interviewing, recruiting, selection and development
execute all training of staff including orientation of new staff and will assist with compensation reviews and study industry compensation comparisons within the agriculture industry.
advise on payroll policies, benefits and pension plans.
grow the visibility of Blair's in all the communities we serve.
coordinate corporate programs.
test, update, and refresh all websites.
monitor and attract new business through a vigorous social media campaign including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Yammer.
launch marketing campaigns to our suppliers websites and be responsible for supplying the executive team with cost/benefit analysis of suggested marketing campaigns.
also be responsible for developing an Employee Portal on the Blair's website.
be responsible for creating an online library of Blair's marketing material.
will work within a budget and give suggestions on how to drive the business from a marketing standpoint
attend tradeshows and represent Blair's publicly.

Position Requirements
University degree or college diploma in Commerce, majoring in Human Resource
Past experience in Human Resources (at least one year)
Past experience in Marketing (6 months or more)
Compensation and Benefits
Permanent Position: $76,000 + profit sharing opportunities and full benefit package
