Outside Sales Representative

Are you focused on Business Development as well as exploiting the business opportunities that are presented to the organization?

The candidate we are looking for is a team oriented person who works well with others in pursuing common goals. He/she promotes creativity and innovation within the team to develop the new and rejuvenate the old. You will be concentrating on developing new revenue streams from our company, while focusing also on the growth of the existing lines through innovative marketing and rapid exploitation of changing customer needs.

You must have sales / business development / technical experience, be an organized and strong negotiator, and be aware of and responsive to economic, industry and government trends as well as policies.

You will work to expand a company's reach, revenues and profit. You must be able to do this by identifying new markets and attracting new clients. Therefore you will research new business opportunities, identify likely sales points, develop strategic plans and sales strategies with the sales team, and undertake and/or support presentations and negotiations with prospective customers.

This role is working together with the regional business development manager to develop and implement long term business plans, with clear and measurable yearly goals and objectives. This role is also working together with the integrated Sales Team as well as with other regions business development personnel. You will be required to expand business & services by educating new and existing clients, awareness and market development to provide sustained growth.

Requirements:

3+ years of proven sales experience
Innovative and creative thinker
5-10 years Oil & Gas industry experience
Established network in the target market
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
