Education
Successful completion of a 1 year diploma or certificate in a related field (Hospitality, Restaurant/Bar Management, Business, Bartending etc.) or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience. Successful completion of a Food Safe Certificate.
Experience
Candidates will have 3 years experience in food & beverage operations & experience assisting with recruitment, training & coaching staff while in a supervisor role.

Main Duties:
Reporting to the Restaurant/Bar Coordinator, this position ensures that Casino guests enjoy exceptional customer service & quality, value priced dining, by supervising front-of-house staff & activities. Responsibilities: Supervising Casino restaurant operations with particular attention to maintaining the highest levels of guest relations. Communicating policies, procedures and standards to staff. Monitoring & verifying accuracy of staff cash handling. Assisting department management with staffing & performance management. Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks. Distributing & revising staff schedules to meet operational needs & control costs. Designating, assigning & overseeing work assignments & breaks in a fair & equitable manner. Participating in other projects & activities as required, to ensure the smooth operating of the restaurant & bar.
