Description

Reporting to a Committee, this position is
responsible for the day to day management of a new
28-suite 55+ Seniors Housing Complex.
Responsibilities include supervision of all staff;
interactions with clients and the public;
adherence to policies, procedures, regulations,
codes; accounting, payroll, budgeting,
profitability, occupancy, and tenant issues. We
envision this position to be permanent part-time;
Monday to Friday 8 am to noon.
