Description

MLTC?s Health & Technical Services Departments are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Health Facilities Maintenance Circuit Rider.

The Health Facilities Maintenance Circuit Rider will be responsible for troubleshooting advance technical equipment within all health facilities affiliated with MLTC. This position will provide 2nd level support services for the maintenance of all nine (9) MLFN Health Facilities such as: facility inspections; minor/major repair & project proposals; and supporting the MLFN Public Works staff in compliance and reporting procedures relevant to government and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Limited Power Engineer with Carpentry and Plumbing.
- Experience and knowledgeable about workplace safety procedures. `
- Excellent knowledge of all building systems; reporting and documentation capabilities.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work within a team environment and independently.
- Prioritizing multiple demands effective time management; Initiative and adaptability.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computers (MS Office 2010, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Preference will be given to individuals who speak either Cree or Dene.
- Able and willing to travel extensively.
