Reporting to the Director, Human Resources this position is responsible for the following:
- Recommend, develop and implement HR strategies, practices and programs aimed at improving key business metrics and ensure that future programs support ISCs growth strategy and corporate objectives
- Provide HR knowledge and expertise, and manage strategic Human Resources services for the business (including change management programs, mergers & acquisitions, performance management, recruitment & retention, organization development and succession planning)
- Provide leadership, direction and guidance to the HR Business Partners, which includes employee training and development, performance management, etc.
- Assist in the development of the corporate strategic human resources plan and participate in strategic planning for the HR business unit
