Purpose of the Job
The Technology Sales Area and Tech Services Representative is primarily responsible to effectively sell technology services and products. They will support sales floor activities. They will install, configure, upgrade, trouble shoot and repair computer hardware and operating systems. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining sales and service excellence by assigning the highest priority to customer satisfaction and demonstrating quality in every aspect of work.
Knowledge/Skills:
Performing service upgrades to all computers
Strong selling ability
Product recommendations
Effective communication with Customers and resolve customer concerns
Plan organize and priorities effectively
Work as part of a team and independently as required
Work flexible schedule
Experience:
3 to 6months of previous related experience is preferred
Technical system diagnostic and upgrade/repair experience is preferred
Education:
Working towards of successful completion of high school is preferred
