Description

Senior Accounting/Administrator
Our Client, is a locally owned business dealing in residential and commercial development, and we are currently looking for a Senior Accounting/Adminstrator to fulfill this permanent placement. The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in accounting & administration with specific skill sets in Simply Accounting or Quickbooks. This role is more than your general A/P and A/R, you will also work on the project coordination and quoting for the company clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
    Advanced knowledge in general business accounting with A/P, A/R, payroll, employer remittances, general ledgers, reconciliations & financial reports/statements.
    Superior Excel skills
    Advanced skills in word processing software, electronic mail, electronic scheduler, general office equipment
    Great time management and organizational skills
    Team player with can-do attitude
    Highly competent in office setting
    Minimum of 4-5 years of experience
