On behalf of our client, Essence Recruitment is currently recruiting for a customer service administrator. Our client is a very reputable organization who holds customer service and presentation in the highest regard. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for greeting and working with customers, taking payments, and various administration duties. This person will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction to customers and clients while promoting a positive, safe working environment. This is a full time position that will rotate Tuesday to Saturday. This role offers the opportunity to work in an office in a unique environment, where steel toe boots are required!
Responsibilities:
First point of contact with customers, maintain and encourage positive relationships with clients
Data entry, processing reports
Invoicing and billing
Promote a positive work environment
Follow, support and promote all company policies and procedures
Handle complaints, inquiries and conflict in a professional manner
Experience and Key Competencies:
Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
Strong people skills; customer focused
Superior problem solver and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication skills, problem solving and assessment skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong integrity, mature and professional
