For more than 65 years, we have proudly served and responded to the needs of our mid-market clients in the public and private sectors. Staying true to our values and entrepreneurial spirit, our people remain the driving force behind our success. Work for a firm that works for you.

THE POSITION

Our Melfort office has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and well-organized individual to join our team.  This full time position is accountable for implementing the day-to-day administrative operations of a busy, dynamic team. Your responsibilities will primarily include typing requirements related to accounting documents and financial statements, filing, assembly of corporate returns/statements, booking of meetings, communication and correspondence with clients and other related administrative functions, as well as providing quality service to both internal and external clients.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Excellent time management, organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills (verbal and written) are also necessary. Knowledge of MS Office is needed and preference will be given to candidates who have completed a business or office administration program. Previous experience in a professional services environment will be considered an asset.

THE PACKAGE

Our Total Rewards package, including flexible work schedules, a pension plan, flexible benefits, generous vacation leave, and professional development and training, is designed to reward success.
