POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will provide support to Camecos exploration group in obtaining goods and services in a timely fashion. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, monitoring transactions, assisting with tracking project costs on a daily and monthly basis as well as other general administrative duties. You will be responsible for department SAP support.
This is a term position of approximately 14 months.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements of the position:
Business or administrative diploma
10 or more years of relevant work experience
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot
