Adecco is currently recruiting a Project Manager to assist the client with constructing two new Data Centers. There is a Tier II facility located in Regina that will be first and then the next build for Tier III facility will be in Saskatoon. A Project Manager will be required to oversee both of these builds.
Preference will be given to candidates that have the following qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP)
- Certified in Agile Project Management (e.g. PMI-ACP) or PRINCE2 methodologies
- Certified in People Change Management
- Certified in IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL)
Skills and Experience
- Minimum five (5) years experience as a Project Manager
- Must have strong leadership qualities in organization, planning, facilitation, risk analysis, controlling, negotiation and excellent communication skills
- Experience in Data Centre implementations would be an asset
- Experience in Vendor Management
- Experience with managing complex technology projects
- Managed projects in Telecommunications and in IT industries
- Ability to manage high level requirements with gathering and development
- Must also have experience with Sharepoint (Project Library), MS Project and Gmail
