Responsibilities:
Act in accordance with the current RONA policies and procedures
Actively participate in Sales of tools and hardware items
Be familiar with all aspects of your department and can assist in neighboring departments as needed
Ensure that customer service is maintained at a high level
Keep department clean and house keeping maintained at a high level
Perform additional duties as assigned by Management
