Due to a recent opening and company growth, we are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of HSE Coordinator/Manager.
Responsibilities:
Report to the President
Provide support and leadership to supervision and employees
Assist in inspections, investigations, safety meetings, etc.
Assist in the administration of and development of all safety policies and procedures.
Identify corrective actions to be taken when unsafe acts and/or conditions are identified.
Ensure regulatory compliance is being met and followed at multiple job sites.
Facilitate health and safety orientations for new employees.
Provide assistance to the Estimating department in completion of HSE pre qualifications.
Actively monitor safety performance, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions to supervision.
Qualifications:
National Construction Safety Officer designation
A minimum of three years experience
Experience in working with construction trades
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Possess great communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Possess great organizational skills
