The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Invoicing of orders on a daily basis
Maintaining accurate inventory levels
Ordering of parts and supplies
Shipping and receiving when necessary
Administrative paperwork and reports
The Skills and Knowledge that we are looking for are:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, an integrated Data Base and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Organized and able to multi-task daily
Keen attention to detail
You can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in SAP, Oracle or a similar system would be of benefit
Education and Experience
Postsecondary education is a benefit
2- 5 years' experience in procurement and administration
