Receptionist/Administrative Support Own Transportation Required

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Receptionist/Administrative Support on a temporary to permanent basis.
Our mid-sized, busy client, in the construction industry, is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative support with a year of experience to work in their Saskatoon office. This temporary to permanent position will require a very organized individual, who can anticipate needs with strong time-management skills. Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a must as the position required you to use mail merge as well as articulate spreadsheets.
The Role:
Managing and monitoring the front desk
Answering and directing calls using a multi-line switchboard
Providing assistance to visitors and clients
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Data entry
Updating clientele data base on a daily basis
Assist with payroll as required
Ordering office supplies
Ensuring the kitchen and front desk areas are kept clean
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous receptionist/Administrative support experience
Intermediate MS Word skills with the ability to draft memos
Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to create basic spreadsheets and enter data
Professional image and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal communication skills
The ability to prioritize and multi-task
