The Role:

Manage and organize the offices
Manage calendar for meeting scheduling, facility arrangements
Handle inquiries within your scope
Liaise with and provide support to Upper Management
Arrange travel, providing requirement materials and supplies
Complete expense reports
Support in management of budgets
Assist in administrative needs for Partner Workshops/Conferences
Other administrative duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate:

University or college graduation in a related field
Minimum 4 years demonstrated experience in office administration
Strong computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Work, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of staff
Highly organized with proven ability to prioritize
Oversee central contract management and file system
Provide relief support to reception and assist administrative assistants as required
