Description

Provides high quality customer service with the repair, maintenance and refurbishing of Cellular, FleetNet, PageCall and PMR terminals and/or network equipment in a timely and cost effective manner. Performs related duties.

TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Isolates, analyzes and diagnoses technical problems on Cellular, FleetNet, PageCall and PMR terminals and/or network equipment.
2. Provides technical expertise to field forces on the operation and use of Cellular, FleetNet, PageCall and PMR terminals and/or network equipment.
3. Provides support to Product Management with field testing new wireless product and service offerings.
