Permanent Full Time - Public Health Supervisor - C
in Public Health Nursing  Yorkton, SK

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Public Health Nurse Manager, the Public Health Nursing Supervisor has responsibility for clinical nursing orientation, on-going consultation and supervision of Public Health Nursing services throughout Sunrise Health Region.  The Public Health Nursing Supervisor ensures nursing services delivered to clients/families is of high quality, meets or exceeds provincial nursing standards, and support consistent processes and procedure across the region, contributing to continuous quality improvement and good health status/outcomes for clients.  The Public Health Nursing Supervisor works closely with the Medical Health Officer, Infection Control Staff, Employee Health nursing staff and other health service providers in the Sunrise Health Region.

Qualifications:
    Bachelor Degree in Nursing
    Current registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
    Ability to travel within the region and provincially
    Basic Life Support for Care Givers (BLS-HCP)
    Immunization Competencies Course

Hours of Work:
    Days/Field Hours; travel within region is required on a regular basis
