Reporting to the Manager, Planning & Architecture this position will support the development of a newly forming Business Domain Architecture team and will be responsible for creating and maturing this new practice, including the following:
- Contribute to improving business and Information Technology (IT) alignment through the development of multi-year roadmaps for the business as well as supporting applications, information and technologies, resolving risks, gaps and dependencies and driving strategic investment recommendations
- Responsible to develop and contribute to the Business Analyst practice, which includes being involved in skill and capability development across the organization and ensuring standards & practices are adhered to
- Facilitates and leads ISC business units through problem analysis and issue resolution
Responsible for providing leadership, training, setting objectives/expectations, as well as coaching and mentoring staff in the areas of people management and performance improvement
- Autonomously manages requirements across multiple initiatives and projects, which includes the elicitation, capture, analysis, and validation of an initiatives fundamental needs to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
- Manages business case development, feasibility study development and research study development for initiatives
