Reporting to the Manager, Planning & Architecture this position will help shape security innovation and play a key role in the evolution of ISCs security architecture. This position is responsible for the following:
- Develops and enforces information security requirements by evaluating business needs, establishing information security standards, and conducting system security/vulnerability analyses and risk assessments
- Studies architecture/platform, identifies integration issues, prepares cost estimates, and drives resolution on software security shortcomings
- Develops and reviews security processes, such as preparing preventive and reactive measures as well as creating, transmitting and maintaining cryptographic keys
- Maintains security by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies and procedures, as well as conducting incident response analyses and developing/conducting training programs
- Investigates and determines threats against business strategy and critical systems by creating detection and prevention strategies
- Provides technical support and works with the business units to match business strategy to critical system identification and protection
