Reporting to the Director Operations, Sask & Man. you will be part of the Western Canadian team. This is a developmental position which we expect to grow into a full consulting role over a 3-5 year period. This position will involve working across Hay Group'ss service lines, with a particular emphasis in the Leadership and Talent area. Supporting some Reward work will also be involved.
Duties
Support to the Director of Operations: Saskatchewan & Manitoba (also based in Regina), specifically
Supporting The Delivery of Client Work (50%)
Office Administration (20%
Supporting Marketing / Business Development Activities (20%)
Professional Development (10%)
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Admin / Commerce, or related field with minimum 3 years experience preferred
Previous consulting experience is an asset
Exceptional computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to work evenings & weekends, occasionally on short notice
Class 5 driverss license & some overnight travel required (15-25 nights per year)
Hay Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Annual salary: 40-60K Bonus: 0-10%.
