Oxford Learning Saskatoon is looking for a reliable, upbeat and passionate teacher to work with students in grades 9-12 in our Advantage Program. Our High School Advantage Programs offer support to students to improve their academic skills and study habits.
A great candidate for this position will possess the following skills:
-Extensive knowledge of the current grade 9-12 math curriculum (including Advanced functions, Linear Algebra, Calculus and Data Management)
-Great organization skills/ must be able to multi-task and think on your feet
-Knowledge of general Science as well as Chemistry and Physics
-Strong English language written and oral communication skills
-Teaching certification is an asset
-Mandarin is an asset
A dedicated and passionate teacher who thrives on seeing students succeed will enjoy this role. The nature of this position has tutors teaching no more than 3 students at a time.
Interested candidates must be available from 4:00-8:00pm Monday and Wednesday, possibly 9:00am-12:00pm on Saturdays. Position starts as soon as possible.
