Join our dynamic team of teachers and assume a shared leadership role to make a difference in the lives of our students and their families every day.

Working with the Education Director, you will have the opportunity to:
-Learn the best practices in supplemental education and cognitive development
-Assess, program, teach, and evaluate students
-Work with children from pre-school through high school
-Consult and communicate with parents, teachers and professionals
-Train, guide and motivate a dynamic team of teachers
-Manage the daily operations of a bustling Learning Centre
-Help kids build their skills, motivation & confidence and learn how to learn so they can achieve their full potential in school

As a successful Education Coordinator, you will work in partnership with the Education Director to lead and manage the Centre. You will champion the Oxford developed curriculum, manage the teaching staff and ensure the effective, quality delivery of our education services. You will communicate with parents to inform them about Oxford, recommend programs and keep them abreast of their children's progress. You will administer Oxford Dynamic Assessments, recommend goal-based programs and monitor & report students performance. You will create a positive learning environment to support our students and teachers at all times. Excellent training and ongoing support will be provided.
Candidates for this position must possess the following:
- A university degree in Education, Child Studies or Psychology
-Teaching or tutoring experience
-Excellent English written and oral communication skills
-Dynamic leadership, teamwork and motivational skills
-Maturity, insight, initiative, creativity and persuasiveness
-Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
-Available a mix of days, evenings and Saturdays
