Description

Take calls enter contestant rodeo entry information
Answer phones and emails  for member questions
Assist Rodeo Administrator with:
creating draws using in house software
Coordinating weekend event personnel
Issuing payouts
Oversee results and standings
Help with annual convention and year end Finals

Strong work ethic, work until the job is done
ethic.
Enforce policy with tact and professionalism

"Not an Entry Level Position"

Applicant must have "demonstrated" computer
skills, have
intermediate or advanced level Excel and Word.
Also must have above average customer service
skills and ambition to deliver above average
service.
If you have some marketing, website and social
media experience that would be very helpful

Background and or experience or knowledge of rodeo  
or related equine/livestock events and or interest
in the sport of rodeo an asset
