The Academy is currently hiring a front desk receptionist.
We are seeking a task-oriented, self-disciplined, reliable individual to oversee the various tasks associated with the front desk of our school.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, scheduling, managing the Academy email account, billing students, collecting payment, following up on overdue accounts, answering questions about instruments or merchandise, answering phones, assisting in instrument and accessory sales, and representing the business.
Hours of employment would be Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 9:00pm, and Saturdays 9:00am - 5:00pm.
We are interested in hiring applicants who are enthusiastic about joining our team to assist as our school and store grow. There is room for the job title and responsibilities to expand with seniority.
Applicants with previous experience related to the job will be given preference, and having a musical background will be a strong asset.
