At Bee-J's Office Plus we are committed to providing excellent customer service whether virtually, over the phone or in person.  Along with other key responsibilities all employees are expected to contribute to a welcoming, helpful atmosphere that will leave customers feeling important and appreciated.

This is a full time position (40 hours per week).  Hours of work are from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday with one hour allotted for lunch.  Wage will be determined based on experience and ability.

Customer service/relations
Supervise computer department staff
Responsible for overseeing all computer repairs and maintenance
Oversee all operations in computer department
Quality control on repairs
Help with overflow work
Sales
Troubleshooting when clients call in computer problems
Time management and scheduling

Required Education/Experience
Grade 12 or equivalent
Some computer training
A+ certification an asset
Some managerial experience an asset
